Service Description

This session focuses on the defensive responsibilities of setters, an often overlooked but critical part of the position. Athletes will train defensive positioning, transition footwork, and the ability to move from defense into setting efficiently. Setters will work on reading the game, digging playable balls, and quickly transitioning to deliver hittable sets in both system and out-of-system situations. This is a high-tempo, detail-focused session designed to develop well-rounded setters who can contribute defensively and run the offense under pressure.
